i like most things midwest so far, but this one thing i have not figured out. toilet flush knobs. why are they at the waist/hand level, rather than kickable range?? are they encouraging us to touch the knob and pass around diseases?
also, i remain puzzled by this command, pictured below, on an ‘auto-flush’ toilet that doesn’t always auto-flush at harper.
where is it telling me to put my finger? no, really. what part is the sensor? i always end up flailing around, all over the thing so it eventually flushes.
